Limitation of Liability: 2Everlastingbeauty LLC (Penoura) is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential issues arising from the use of the InnerWork Journals, including shipping delays or misuse.

 

Ordering & Payment: Orders are processed securely through Wix’s payment system. Please ensure your payment details are accurate.

 

Shipping & Fulfillment: We partner with Lulu for shipping. Once your order is with them, we’re no longer responsible for any delays, lost packages, or shipping issues. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it's available.

 

Returns and Refunds: Because the InnerWork Journals are guided tools for personal reflection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

If your journal arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@penoura.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged item. Please note that personalized or customed journals are also non-returnable, and non-refundable.

• Digital items are also non-refundable.
