Ordering & Payment: Orders are processed securely through Wix’s payment system. Please ensure your payment details are accurate.

 

Shipping & Fulfillment: We partner with Lulu for shipping. Once your order is with them, we’re no longer responsible for any delays, lost packages, or shipping issues. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it's available.

 

Returns and Refunds: Because the Inner Work Journals are guided tools for personal reflection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. Please be sure to inspect your journal upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@penoura.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged item. Please note that personalized or customed journals are also non-returnable, and non-refundable.

• Digital items are also non-refundable, and non-returnable. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales of digital items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
